On Friday November 19 the high school hosts a blood drive in the gym all day. Participants must contact Karen Robinson to secure a donation time slot. Donors must be 16 or older and weigh at least 110 pounds. 16 year olds require a parental consent form.
Clifton's Senior Class hosted a noon luncheon titled Salute to our Veterans at the Civic Center with red white and blue decorations. Nora Thompson gave welcome remarks as Nathan Ringo led the National Anthem, Taylor Rueter the Pledge, and Shiloh Fuller offered a prayer before lunch. Students served guests and Lt. Col. Richard A. Butler spoke. Eduardo Trojo introduced the armed forces branches. Memorial Service was led by the class and Cody Prescher played Taps with Marcelino Coronado offering the closing prayer.
Clifton 4-H welcomed three new members on October 25 at the Clifton Civic Center and hosted a presentation on parliamentary procedure led by Mr. Burk. The group announced a November 22 meeting at 6 p.m. to collect care package items for soldiers and urged community members to donate baby wipes magazines books toiletries phone cards memory cards and more while continuing to collect can tabs for the Ronald McDonald House.

Garrett earns praise for guiding the team to a surprising victory amid roster injuries and performance concerns.
