Clifton Planning and Zoning approves parking rule addition
In regular session the Clifton Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to add a parking regulation to Section 93-4 District M-1 Industrial District in the City Code. Code Officer Paul Phillips noted other sections already include parking rules and this one did not. The board also discussed Chapter 52 Manufactured Homes and Trailers, which matched Chapter 93 after prior corrections, and Phillips proposed removing Chapter 52 from the Code Book, a suggestion the board approved. Bernie Dutton referenced see P&Z page 2 during the discussion.
