Tennison Dies at Clifton After Long Community Service
S J Tennison a longtime Clifton resident died in Clifton Texas on November 18 1940 after a stroke of paralysis. He was born December 1888 in Warrick County Indiana and lived in Clifton for more than sixty years. He was married to Sallie Noah for over fifty five years and leaves four children Elmore Roy Clayton and Mrs Eyamett Raley. He was active in business social and fraternal life of the community.
