Clifton Clobbers West Cinches Playoff Berth

CliftonTriumph over West Trojans 29 to 14 secures at least a share of the District 10 AA title and a state playoff berth for the Cubs. Key scoring came in the second quarter with a 23–0 halftime lead, plus a fourth quarter touchdown to seal the victory. West mounted a late rally but Clifton held firm on defense and capitalized on turnovers.

Cubs Edged After Defensive Battle With West

In three quarters and then a slip in the second period West pressed hard with Jerry Luce Clifton Sullivan and David Glomb outstanding on defense.
