Fatal Mobile Accident Claims Jeff Olson
Jeff Olson sixteen from Cranville Gap died after his car overturned on a road between the Lutheran Parsonage and Cranfills Gap Saturday evening. Andrew Wallum, the only other occupant, escaped injury. Olson died Sunday morning after being hospitalized in Waco with a broken neck. Funeral services were held Monday at Cranfills Gap with Rev. Hy W. Estrem officiating and burial in the local cemetery. The community mourns the bright young life lost in the crash.

Parent Teachers Association to Hold Last Meeting of Year
The Parent-Teachers Association will hold its final regular meeting for the school year next Friday May 14 at the school building. The gathering is set for 9 o clock with expected large attendance. Aged Lady Passes Away Mrs Borne Larsen long resident of Clifton died Wednesday afternoon after extended illness. She was married to Mr Borre Larsen and eight children were born to them four survive. Funeral at the family home and Seanilinavi Lutheran Church was conducted Thursday afternoon by Rev Theo Lerud. Grandsons served as pallbearers as friends gathered to pay respects. Interment followed at the Scandinavian Lutheran Cemetery.
