Mrs Rich Hennig Sr age 83 years 4 months 9 days died at 6 00 Tuesday night in Clifton after two and a half years ill health and major surgery May 3 She was a resident of 516 North Avenue D Clifton Funeral services were held May 12 at Zion United Church of Christ Womack with Rev W R Simpson Jr and burial at Clifton Memorial Park A full obituary will appear next week in the Record.

Raymond Rogstad was elected president of the Clifton Lions Club for the coming year at the May 10 meeting. New officers include E. B. Harris and J. B. Darden Jr. as vice presidents, W. F. Stinson, 90, of 1912 Washington Avenue Waco, died May 9 at 1 15 p m in Clifton Lutheran Sunset Home infirmary where she had lived since October 7 1959 She was a Central Christian Church member for 50 years Eastern Star member and charter member of the Waco Garden Club Survivors include her son Earl Stinson a sister Mrs Sam F Ryan three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren Funeral services were held May 11 at Compton's Chapel Waco with Rev Herbert Polinard officiating Interment in Oakwood Cemetery

Second Primary Ballot Will List Four Contests
Four contests appear on the second Democratic primary ballot set for Saturday June 4 with one state race one county race and two commissioner races. Milton Brown announced this week his purchase of the Crossroads Grocery and Station at Norse from George Lippe. Brown will take over as owner on Monday May 16, with the store, a home, and several acres of land. Lippe will occupy the Brown garage apartment on North Avenue J as part of a residence exchange.
