March notes urge rain, elections, and civic effort
The column urges April rainfall to save grain and ease dust for households. It discusses low yearly rainfall totals and the need to study May primary candidates. It notes support for Judge Word in the State Senate race, upcoming city and school trustee elections on April 3 and 7, and local fundraising for a rural fire truck. It ends with a visit from C E Schow Jr and a Falcon Lake fishing trip.
