Palo Pinto Judge Sentences Man for Kissing Widow
In Palo Pinto County Judge E J Pitts sentenced CS Maddux of Santo to thirty days in jail after pleading guilty to an assault charge. The case involved a 70 year old man slipping behind a widow, grabbing her and kissing her. The trial occurred in county court with the defendant jailed after pleading guilty.
