A letter praising the agency for promptly handling expirations of fire insurance policies. It reassures customers that policies will not lapse without notice and invites continued trust, promising to ease worries about insurance renewals.
A Santa Fe special train carried nearly fifteen hundred Angus County and Bosque County residents to Fort Worth for Rosane County Day at the Fat Stock Show. About 1400 paid passengers were counted with 685 riding from Clifton, many ages from five to eighty. The Bolton County delegation was praised for orderly conduct and courtesy. The Texas Oregon Power Co provided free tickets to show exhibitors.
Extra fire credit rate of 3 cents will be added as Clifton completes waterworks improvements. Plans include a 0,000 gallon steel reservoir, existing 205,000 gallon concrete tank atop a hill near Clifton College, plus 25,000 gallon corrugated tanks and a 60,000 gallon elevated tank. Clifton also acquired a new fire pumper and hose truck, with auxiliary equipment, while the local department adds members. Magazine club notes record a meeting at Mrs Nichol’s Edgewood home with social refreshment and plans for future gatherings and a “Texan History Character” lemon signing event.

Bridge Club hosts St Patrick's Day party with prizes for high scores and festive refreshments.
