Bosque County Art Club keeps Clifton heritage alive

The Clifton Art Club founded by Marie Foster in 1973 built a long history of shows workshops and activities in Clifton. From early meetings at City Hall to joining the Bosque Arts Center and a pivotal 1981 transition the club fostered art education fundraisers and public demonstrations. Members helped paint renovate and support the center and have judged contests and hosted workshops attracting artists from across Central Texas.

The West Shore Fire Department Support Group will host a fundraiser breakfast for the West Shore Fire Department on March 27 at the West Shore Civic Association building on FM 3118.
