Dorothy Cole renovates Mt Zion bedrooms with frames and new windows. Leoni Prischer and Verne Bernhardt report family improvements and yard work to earn wood and dirt for leveling.
County Court convened with condemnation suits against Annie E and others for right of way on the Tom Walnut Springs to Glen road. Sheriff Benson reports thieves and theft arrests. Dik H Whitworth aged 82 died near Koppert Wednesday and was buried Sunday at Koppert cemetery. He was a respected citizen of the district, a large landowner, and a director of the Koppert Rai ME. He leaves a wife and nine children.
