Jewel C Ramage wins Outstanding Farmer award in Bosque and nearby counties for Ramage Farms work in soil conservation. He co owns Ramage Farms in Somervell and Bosque counties, manages 186 cultivated acres with multiple crops, terrace and pasture improvements, cedar eradication, and increased yields. Ramage served as Army captain in the South Pacific, then returned to farming after discharge in 1946.
Wade J Knudson runs for sheriff in Bonque County. Born and raised in Bask of Oranville Gap he is a Grenfilla Gap High School and Siften J College alumnus. He served with the Eighth Air Force as a bomber, earned the Medal with five oak leaves and the KO ribbon with five bronze stars. He and his wife parent three children and live on a Mustang community farm. He pledges prompt fair and impartial law enforcement if elected.
Clifton teachers plan summer study across several colleges and universities to improve instruction. Notable staff include district supervisors, Baylor University professionals commuting daily, and teachers like Raymond Cook and W. C. Beret pursuing summer programs while remaining in their posts.
The Clifton guard unit seeks a three year land option to build an armory on city land. Dallas J. Matthews forwards requests to Capt.
