Clifton Housing Outlook Toward 46 New Rental Units
Clifton residents await relief from housing delays as 46 units proposed by two groups advance. 32 HUD funded rental homes for elderly and low income families plus 14 two and three bedroom homes via Farmers Home Administration aim to ease crowding and attract workers to Clifton. Local builders hope government loans spur privately owned apartments and higher rents to fuel growth. Sam Logan outlines the plan and cross remarks on impact.
