Rev Gerald Trusall and his wife moved from Fort Worth to make their home in this city. Both have been students at the Baptist Seminary in Fort Worth and teach there. The deacons voted to send the pastor and wife to the Baptist World Alliance in Atlanta July 22 to 25, with church covering expenses. They will leave July 19 for about two weeks.

Alma Ann Rice born December 3 1883 in Dewitt County Arkansas died Wednesday July in Clifton Texas after long illness. She came to Texas as a child with her family, lived in Coryell and Honque counties, and for many years near Lanes Chapel southwest of Clifton. Survived by her husband Carl E Bien and nine children all grown. Funeral Thursday afternoon July 18 at 2 20 from the family home and 3 00 at Clifton Methodist Church with burial in Lavern Chapel Cemetery conducted by Rev Trayden Edwards of the Fire Mate ptt Church. Many friends mourn her passing.
