GI Bill marks ninth anniversary state of health

April enrollments neared record levels with about 24 million veterans and personnel using benefits since 1966 and 5.7 million total. Vietnam era participation outpaces prior eras. high school completion among Vietnam era veterans stands at 90.6 percent. Current rates include 270 dollars monthly for full-time students, with 321 dollars for one dependent and increases per extra dependent.

Cattle Price Outlook for remainder of 1975
Texas A M University expert Dr Ed Uvacek warns of lower cattle prices in late 1975 despite some optimism. He cites bigger grain fed beef supply in H2, 42 percent more cow slaughter, 62 percent more non fed steer and heifer slaughter, and 70 percent more calf slaughter, with many calf sales and feedlot moves likely to depress feeder prices.
