The Civic Improvement Society hosts the Twent y-Fifth Flower Carnival in Clifton November 22 to 24 1934. Exhibits open 1:00 PM daily and close 5:00 PM. Rules require two months' possession of entries, judges select merit first, and 10 percent of sales proceeds go to the Society.
