Bosque County Home Demonstration Council gathered January 22 at Clifton City Hall with Mrs Raymond Lammert presiding. Officers, delegates, visitors, and the county agent attended as reports covered scholarships, club activities, planning meeting notes, and disbandment of Town and Country Club. Next meeting is February 26 at Clifton City Hall.

Mrs Eramett H H Schow entertained the J O Y Bridge Club at her 219 North Avenue M home at 2 p m Friday January 16. three rubbers were played with Mrs J C Kincheloe winning high score and Mrs Charles M Isenhower second. Travel prizes went to Mrs Isenhower and Mrs F E Stewart for bidding and making a slam.
