City Marshal Geo Seruteh reports two Moody youths Hiram Taylor and Rabe Griffin were seized after stealing a wagon and harness, injuring a horse when it bolted. they were brought to town and held. their fathers were notified and took them home. The incident occurred near J. Ford’s place while en route to Fort Worth, with no court action to follow.
