County 4-H Members to Compete at Houston Livestock Show
Seven Bosque County 4-H Club members will join peers at the Houston Livestock Show. Melvin Prescher of Clifton and Randy Lee of Cranfills Gap will take part in the beef calf scramble Saturday morning. Twenty 4-H boys will enter the rodeo arena with ten calves. Calf catchers win a certificate to buy a registered beef heifer to exhibit at the 1963 Stock Show. Buddy Couch of Meridian and Barry Polk of Iredell will compete in the dairy scramble on Sunday.

February DKG Meeting Highlights Valentine Theme
Beta Beta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma held a February luncheon on February 10 in the First Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. Hosts from Clifton and guest teachers from Bosque Hamilton counties attended, with a menu of turkey and dressing and various sides.
