Clifton Lions Host Santa Visit and Community Food Drive
At a Clifton Lions Club meeting President Drew Leigh welcomed Lions families and guests as St. Nicholas appeared with gifts for attendees. Dr. Jerry Smith spoke for the Clifton Ministerial Alliance noting ongoing requests to aid in food, utilities, housing and other needs, praising the Lions for service and detailing Alliance outreach and local church involvement. Donations of cash or in kind are welcomed, with partnerships from Brookshire's and Davids enhancing food purchases. The Lions celebrate 80 years of service in Clifton and surrounding areas.
