An evening service at 7 00 p m features The First Gospel Menange Heard by Poor inners. Thursday 1 00 p m Luther Hour over Columbia and Saturday 2 00 p m choir rehearsal for Behoot children. A. C. Warren born July 2 1840 in Bedford County Tennessee died November 27 1980 at his daughter's home near Clifton at age about 90 He was married to Sarah Beene and had two daughters Mrs C W Carr survives with the elder daughter deceased Warren lived with his daughter near Clifton and was buried in Clifton Cemetery after services conducted by Rev Frank Nixon The Clifton community mourns his passing
A group of friends gathered November 18 at the George Wallace residence to honor Mr and Mrs Ott Solberg. Helen Kestle Solberg Janet Ho merstad Geraldine Wallace and Valeta Schulze served punch and water while Hennie Mae Solberg and Thelma Homerstad recorded registrations. A brief program featured vocal solos by Hannah Moff a reading by Dorothy Schulze a piano solo by Agnes Thorson and delight from little Jonell Homerstad who led the couple to a candlelit dining room. Gifts filled the table and buffet as the bride expressed thanks echoed by the groom. hostesses included George Wallace Helmer Aars John Homeratad Adolph Scholae and Miss Hannah Holt.
