Clifton City Council announced the new Community Disposal Area is ready for use starting Monday August 26. A posted rule sign and printed copies distributed with water bills guide residents to follow safety and pollution laws. Gate hours are sunrise to sunset five days a week with Mondays and Fridays closed for maintenance. Violations carry a fine of 5 to 50 dollars and permit requirements apply to larger trucks.
