In accordance with Texas primary election laws, Democratic presidential primary conventions are scheduled for Saturday May 6 1944 at 2 p.m. in Bosque County precincts to elect delegates to the County Convention meeting May 9 1944 at 2 p.m. in Meridian, which will select delegates to the State Convention in Austin May 23 1944. Precinct chairmen will preside at their precinct conventions and notify precinct workers of locations.
