Highway Dept plans FM 1713 from FM 36 to Hill County line
The Texas Highway Department proposes FM Highway 1713 from FM 36 south east of FM 927 to the M K T Railroad then along the railroad to the Hill County line. Right of way minimum is 120 feet and work includes grading drainage base and surfacing. Public hearing may be held if requested by May 12, 1969.
