Two Fugitives From Gatesville Recaptured
Two youths escaped from Gatesville reformatory were recaptured east of Goldthwaite this afternoon. One, Bill Satterwhite of Whitney, was shot in the hand and hip when he refused to surrender a rifle. His partner, John Buchanan of Mexia, aided in the breakout and was captured along with Satterwhite after a pursuit by Sheriff Bledsoe and deputies.
