Roosevelt Denounces Canal Toll Repeal Policy

Roosevelt attacks the Wilson administration over plans to repeal canal toll exemptions and pay Colombia. He defends coastwise toll freedom, rejects foreign entanglements, and stresses American strength and justice in pursuing the Panama Canal.
