Huron-Tuscola Champs Meet Clare Sunday
The Huron-Tuscola League champions visit Clare to face the Clare squad after a 7-1 loss by Camp Houghton Lake Colored Giants at Clare diamond. Doc Sanford starred for Clare with 21 strikeouts and one hit allowed. Clare collected 10 hits led by McConnell and Sanford. Next Sunday September 18 the champions travel to Clare for a renewed battle.
