Probate Court in Clare County Michigan orders hearing on October 31 196% to appoint administrator for the estate of Clara Gaudion and determine heirs. Notice to heirs required by publication in Clare Sentinel for three weeks and by mail to interested parties at last addresses. Judge Robert H Campbell presiding.
Order for publication in Clare Sentinel announces hearing in the estate of Lewis G Thiele. Petition by Carl R Stephenson seeks grant to Marie Bailey or other suitable person and heirs to be determined. Hearing set for November 2, 1961 at 10 am in Probate Court with publication for three weeks prior and service of notice at least fourteen days before.
In Clare County Michigan the circuit court orders a hearing on October 30 1961 at 11:00 AM for appointment of three court commissioners to appraise damages for the US 27 highway taking in Grant and Hatton Townships. Interested parcel owners include Roger J Henderson Jack Wolke and Jack Roy with spouses. The petition by John C Mackie State Highway Commissioner cites possession and nonagreement on compensation.
Court directs all interested parties or their representatives to appear at the hearing date or risk default.
