On motion by Joseph Bowler attorney for the plaintiffs the court orders the nonresident defendant to enter appearance within three months from the order date. Publication of the order in The Clare Sentinel will continue weekly for six weeks. Ray Hare, Circuit Judge.
Drain Commissioner Louis E. Slater of Clare County Michigan announces a bid letting on October 18 for the Grantline 20 No Drain project in Grant Township and Clare City. Bids will cover sections totaling about 4898 feet of 16 inch tile drainage, plus delivery of 4828 feet of 10 inch tile and related sewer connections.
Default under a mortgage by Alien J. Mc Dougall of Detroit to Marie Blankstein Butler triggers immediate payment and a power of sale. The deeded premises in Harrison Clare County will be sold at the courthouse front door on December 5, 1623, at 1 PM to the highest bidder.
