Finish Unused Attic Room For Quiet Study Area
An unfinished attic provides a quiet study space for an older child away from younger siblings. Finishing it costs less than adding a new room and requires good light ventilation and year round climate control. Use large wood windows, proper insulation, and a suitable room air conditioner for comfort.
