Local Boy Dies in Vietnam War Serving I Corp Region

Coleman Education Association Receives Unanimous Support
At Region 12 Educational Associations meeting in Oscoda on September 22 the group voted unanimously to donate one dollar per member from about 3000 educators. Funds will aid six Coleman Education Association members on an emergency contingency basis with moral and financial backing.

Six Coleman C E A teachers face $10,000 suit each
Region 12 forms a fund to cover personal expenses for six C E A members sued by the Coleman Board of Education for 10 000 dollars each after a C E A strike that closed schools seven days.
