In U S District Court in Bay City, Douglas Gill and wife sue five deputies two township officers one civilian and the County of Clare for 550000 alleging an illegal house search without a warrant during their son Scott Gill's arrest for armed robbery. Clare County Sheriff Gus Aleck said a Bay City Times report linking the Flint slaying and a Flint woman’s wounding was incorrect.
