Rev. A D Telcher left Monday to attend a four day Independent Fundamental Churches of America conference in Cicero Illinois a suburb of Chicago. On return Friday he will attend a Baptist convention at Gary Indiana. His son Kenneth will visit relatives in Grand Rapids during his absence. The Sentinel received a card announcing the May 12 birth of Curtis Halstead son of Wesley and Dorothy Halstead of Sebewaing weighing 7 pounds 12 ounces. Next week Friday Mrs George Wilson hosts the Ladies Union.
