Schools should have bubbler fountains or individual cups, separate toilets for boys and girls, indoor toilets preferred, with proper chemicals and ventilation. Outdoor toilets must meet state specs, be flyproof and well lit. Heating and ventilation require classroom thermometers and night ventilation, with air boards to prevent drafts.
