The Delta Psi Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority met Tuesday evening at the Town and Country Lounge. Kay Bidstrup led the program focusing on friendship and its essential traits such as sincerity honesty patience and trust. President Arlene Poet presided as plans were finalized for a bake sale and Easter events.

Octo Club Bridge Night Held with Prizes and Plans
Mrs Ben Burdo hosted the Octo Club event with two tables of contract bridge. Guest Jean Allen attended. first prize went to Mrs Roy Bel tinck, second to Mrs John White, and other winners included Mrs Fran Brown and Mrs Hollis Walton. Traveler baskets were prepared for sale and Husband's Night is planned for March 18. The Rebekah Pepper Party on Friday produced high and low scores with nine tables. Winners were Mrs Carl McDonald and Ed Vogel, high. Pauline Whiteside and Harrison Simmons, second high. Hazel Bauer and Elven Larrance, low. Traveler prize to Mrs Clare McTaggart. Hostesses were Jennie Van Horn and Erma Rutter. Next party set for April 7.

The Sunshine Club gathered Tuesday afternoon at Mrs. Alice Stough home with guest Mrs. Crystal Drake. Two tables of pinochle were played. First prize went to Mrs. Laura Snider and traveler to Mrs. June Ramey, with Mrs. Florence Robinette as low. A luncheon followed.
