The Clare City Commission moved to accept the city employee work agreement for the new fiscal year and adopted a resolution to issue general obligation water bonds totaling 175000 dollars. Floyd Prouts Celebrate 25th Wedding Anniversary
Floyd and Mrs Floyd Prout of rural Rosebush observed their 25th wedding anniversary with a party at Rosebush School attended by about 150 guests. Their three children organized the event assisted by Lyness Shafer and Delmar Prout, a sister and sister in law. Guests gave gifts and cards as a large decorated anniversary cake was served.
