Mr and Mrs Wm Horton and family spent the holiday weekend visiting her parents Mr and Mrs Robt Hutchinson and camped at Loon Lake returning home Sunday evening. Henry Seestedt of Romulus came back after a week with her parents Mr and Mrs Frank Poet. Lucille Poet joined them. Joe Wilsott and family from Genesee county spent the 4th with her parents. Ernest Kleiner and Henry Kleiner families attended a tent meeting at Five Lakes and visited Mr and Mrs Chris Webber near Farwell. Ralph Allen and daughter Jeanette and Clarence Bay and families visited Mrs Hodges north of Harrison where little Jeanette celebrated her first anniversary with a cake and one candle.
