Her grandson Dr. Robert Jackson sent a bouquet of good wishes. Mrs. Cour, a 41 year resident, has long been active in civic and church life.

A wildcat well on Section 27 Helenville township Midland county blew in Monday and is estimated to produce about 500 barrels per day. The Chapman No 1 well sits on state land operated by Chapman Associated and Sun Oil Company. Oil men rushed to the scene despite icy roads.

Tragic death of Mrs. Bessie Abbott in Hatton Township

Levi Cimmerer Dies At Son's Home In Clare
Levi Charles Cimmerer died Sunday morning at his son Roy’s home on West Sixth Street after months of disability from a fall. Born November 19 1864 in Buffalo New York he moved with family to Vernon and Clare. Survived by three children Jessie Thayer Fred and Roy with widow Christine having died seven years earlier. Funeral services held at the Methodist church with Rev George Stanford officiating and Masonic burial at Cherry Grove.
