Boy Killed In Fall From Wagon In Sheridan Township
Three year old Howard Louis Slater died after being thrown from a wagon near his home in Sheridan township. The wheel passed over his neck after the horses moved, despite the wagon being stopped within a few feet. He was born August 16, 1928 and died December 19, 1931. Funeral services were held at Colonville church with Rev. Hendrich officiating.

Fred Fleming, a shoe dealer with a gun permit, was accidentally shot at his Evart home last week. The revolver dropped from his coat pocket after he removed a garment from a chair. The bullet struck his chest and neck area but he is recovering well and expected to resume duties soon.

Aged Sheridan resident found dead in bed
Fred Roggman, 74 years 2 months 4 days, of Elm Grove store in Sheridan township, was found dead in bed last Saturday morning by his wife. Coroner Dr. W F Clute ruled death from heart disease. Funeral services were held Monday forenoon with Rev. Hendrich, burial in Saginaw.
