Clare Pioneers Top Reed City to Move to 2-1 in NCC
In a Friday PCC North Central Conference tilt Clare Pioneers defeated Reed City 76 to 74 to improve to 2-1 in league play. Coach Bohannon praised defensive turnaround as Clare limited Reed City to outside shots and a low foul count while Dan Lacco sparked the fourth quarter with four inside shots. Brad Davis and Kelly Luplow led scoring with 19 and 14 points respectively as Clare eyes Harrison district tournament play.
