Thanksgiving reflections and farm life in Pasadena notes

A Pasadena column recalls old western trails and cowboy days alongside modern progress. It mentions Mrs. John Marsh, Miss Mary Brodie, Mrs. Fannie Shumway, and local residents like Ben Russell Elmer Hunt Burt Lewis and Lulu Oliver Meade. The piece contrasts worry over farming incomes with optimism, reports social visits, gatherings, and meals, and ends with a personal testimonial for Foley pills.
