Mise Maud Harber returned to her school Monday. The Gleaners at this place attended the meeting at Nester Hall last Tuesday. A new addition at Lee Coter house is progressing nicely. Samuel Guest delivered another fine sermon Sunday evening to a large audience. Groves on the Ford east of the Hall was discontinued last week due to soft ground. The Arthur Center ladies have organized an aid society. Officers elected: President Mrs S A Leitner Vice President Mrs Bert Kinne Secretary Mrs Gee Bates Treasurer Miss Ida Leitner. Work committee: Mrs Roiler Mr Richmond Mrs Shull. First meeting with Mrs Shell on Wednesday afternoon. The quill project completed. next Friday evening’s draw to please. Remember December ninth supper at Arthur Town Hall.
