Farwell millage request rejected by voters
Farwell school district voters on Monday rejected a 1.65 mill levy for three years by a 577 to 410 total. Funds would have gone to library upgrades band gear summer school improvements furniture and equipment kitchen and building needs bus replacements and safety and maintenance costs. It would not have funded regular salaries. The board will discuss possible cuts at the next meeting.
