James Coleman Babcock born October 5 1925 in Clio died August 16 at his Farwell home after an illness. He owned Jim’s A and W and lived in Clio until 1959 then moved to Farwell. He was active in Masonic and Eastern Star chapters, Rotary Club, VFW, and Farwell schools. He married Beatrice Davis January 5 1947, survived by wife Beatrice four children and other relatives. Funeral services were held in Farwell with Masonic rites.
