The Clare County Circuit Court orders Edgar A. Sode to appear within three months in a 1925 Chancery case with Sisie A. Sode. Publication of the order in The Clare Sentinel is required weekly for six weeks or service by personal notice twenty days before appearance. Copies mailed by registered mail to the defendant’s last known address in Cedar Rapids Iowa.
Default on a 1909 mortgage by Archie M Malone and Sarah M Malone to The Clare County Savings Bank leads to a foreclosure sale. On November 10, 1925 at 10:00 AM at the Harrison courthouse, sale of described land in Clare County Michigan will occur to satisfy the amount due including interest and costs. The property locations include parts of sections 6 7 and 31 within townships 18 and 19 North Range 3 West.

Remember Sunday School at the West Grant school house begins at 1 30 oclock standard time. Lloyd Chapman and wife visited his parents Mr and Mrs Bert Chapman. Mrs Albert Barnum visited Grand Rapids and other relatives. Bernice Cohoon Blanch Miller from Westerburg and Samuel Cohoon were home for the weekend. Albert Barnum with family and Mrs A Barnum visited Mud Lake and Saginaw relatives. All reported a good time.
