Clare County drug raid nets 325 marijuana plants and weapons
The Clare County Sheriff Department conducted its second drug raid in two weeks. Police seized more than 325 marijuana plants two sawed off shotguns and drug processing equipment. Two suspects Benjamin Pawlowski and Renee Keeler were charged with possession with intent to distribute. Pawlowski surrendered to the court and was released on bond while Keeler posted 4000 dollars. The raid found the operation hidden among tomatoes and potatoes with a still and other paraphernalia. Authorities also recovered a book scales pipes and roaches and found venison and beaver meat from a nearby freezer. Local law enforcement urged residents to keep reporting drug activity.
