Nineteen Farwell children among 67 students presented by Claudia Newman in a high school gym recital in Harrison. The two hour program featured six divisions including The Triumphant Turn and The Fabulous 50s with tap ballet baton toe and acrobatic dances. Attendance awards were given. Shirley Bonham was pianist. Mr and Mrs Albert Blackstone and son from Pownal Maine attended as guests.

RLDS Women’s Department Meeting Highlights April 11
The RLDS Church Women’s Department met last Tuesday evening April 11 at 7 30 led by Lucy Easlick. Mélba Jean Dixon chaired the program with readings declamations and a humorous piece. Elder James Phillips was announced as guest speaker for Sunday April 16 and two confirmations occurred April 16 with baptisms last Sunday in Midland. A fish supper is planned for April 28 starting at 5 pm.
