The Woman's Christian Temperance Union met at Mrs. Chas. Stinchcombe’s home on a Thursday afternoon. A devotional was led by Mrs. H. G. Baker followed by a program of harp and instrumental pieces, readings, book talks, and a short discussion on better homes and community conditions. Gladiolus bulbs were given to all attendees.
