A Labor Day Mass will be held at St. Louis Church on September 5 at 9 30 a m. Monsignor Paul F Liebold will lead a solemn High Mass with CIO and AFL union representatives participating. The service includes a sermon by Rev John J Cunningham and deacon duties by Rev Theodore Hesselbrock. The Saxon Club will provide Mass singing.
The Board of Directors approved the proposed By-laws on August 18 1949 to implement Division 46 reorganization plans. By-laws were sent to all Officers last month with revisions from members Plant Council and Local 202. Locals will vote September 1 to 30 after meetings. only voting members will have a voice.
