After eight weeks of picketing at Cincinnati Formica plants Local 757 reports strong loyalty and militancy. A $92,000 lawsuit against IUE and Local 757 is called a sham by President Al Leigh as evidence of desperation. Two protesters had charges dismissed for lack of evidence, while shelter for strikers includes a MAD truck service and support from Carl Veid of the Sohio station.
